Shipping and Returns

This store accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or regular account payments all through PayPal. 

We ship via USPS, within 1-3 days of order. You will receive an email letting you know when your order is shipped along with a tracking number. All items arrive individually packaged with a gift box and reusable travel bag.

If you have special shipping needs, please contact us at the time of purchase. Because of the unique nature of the products, we are unable to refund or replace lost, stolen or misdirected packages.

Domestic shipments normally take around 2-6 business days to arrive. Please kindly allow up to 3 weeks for international deliveries (though usually your order will arrive much faster).

Returns and exchanges are accepted if sent back within 30 days of receipt. Please contact us in advance for return authorization and instructions. All returned items must be in the original condition and sent with the original internal packaging and receipt. Please note that the customer will be responsible for actual shipping and the shipment cost of a returned item and is responsible for any loss.
